Cross Processing

This is an excellent easy-making effect. Cross Processing changes colors on an image.

Open the photo you will handle.

Create a duplicate layer (Layer — Duplicate Layer). Enter curves (Colors — Curves) and modify the red, green and blue channels, as shown in the figures below.

After working with the curves we should have this picture:

Set «Color» blending mode for the duplicated layer (Mode menu in the Layers dialog).

Duplicate this layer (Layer — Duplicate Layer) and set «Brightness» blending mode for the duplicated layer.

Create a new layer and fill it with a light blue color.


Then set «Color» layer blending mode and the opacity 20% to the layer.
